RotoQuiz 2019

The fourth edition of the Mangalore round of Roto Quiz was held on Sunday the 8 th Sept at SDM P.G cenrtre. President, Secretary, Youth Service Director,Chairman Youth Service along with four other Rotarians, President of Rotaract club of Bangalore and 8 rotaractors from Rotary Club Bangalore and Cantonment attended the same. We had a record number of 60 teams from 45 colleges in and around Mangalore participating. KMC Mangalore, Nitte college of mass communications, Mahesh P.U college and NITK suruthkal were the four finalists. NITK Suruthkal emerged as the winners and Mahesh P.U College as Runners up. These two teams will go on to attend the Bangalore final roundof the 60th version of Ramnarayan Chellarams Roto quiz on Monday the 16 th of September hosted by Rotary Club & Rotaract Clubs Bangalore. Mr. Mukund Kamath proprietor of Ideals and our sponsor was the chief guest for the Inaugural. For the Prize distribution we had Rtn. PDG Surya Prakash Bhat and Asst. Governor Rtn. Sumith Rao. Director of SDM P.G centre Mrs. Seema Shenoy, Our President, Secretary, Youth Service Director, Rotarct Chairman Presidents of SDM Rotaract Rtr. Shamith Shetty and Besant Rotaract Rtr. Kavyashree along with many other Rotarians and Rotaractors were Present throughout the programme. Rtn. SVL Narayan from Rotary Club Bangalore was the Quiz master.
